Designer of AmberTubes.com is an exclusive owner of their artworks.

Every customer should have their own unique license which is AMT_your username.

Add your preferred license (username) to the "Last Name" field when registering or contact us for your license.

Users, who share tubes will be blocked without the possibility of account recovery.

AmberTubes.com offers two types of license:

PSP License

Allows to create any graphic digital products for non-commercial use (including PSP tags, animated banners and website designs).

We do not allow to create blank tags, banners and website's designs for any third party in any case.

There is an exception regarding blank tags - we only allow creating and sharing blank tags in copyright-compliant closed communities, where members can use them to put her/his name on them.

We allow recoloring and animating of all tubes from AmberTubes.com.

Products may not be printed, exchanged, sold, used for profit and commercial purposes or shared in any method of file sharing, including any file hosting, data medium, e-mail and etc.

The final product must contain the copyright symbol, full name of the artist, website name which is www.ambertubes.com and the license which is AMT_your username. 

R4R License

Allows to resell the PSP tube individually or as a part of a scrap kit. It can be used as a PU tube for tags or as CU/PU in your personal use kits.

It can be sold only in PNG format, selling the PSD file itself is forbidden. If you sell the tube as a part of a scrap kit that contains AI elements, please mark that the tube is NOT created with AI.

Artist will not sell these tubes in PSD or PNG format for personal use. We allow recoloring and animating.

For vmartists users

You can continue to all my previous tubes with the Vmartists license and copyright if you bought them there.

You do not need to buy the tube again.

All new tubes will only be available from this store.

Prohibited Use of Images for AI and Derivative Content

All images, graphics, and digital artwork available on this website (“Content”) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from using, uploading, or submitting any Content from this website for the purpose of training, generating, or producing artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or any other automated content generation tools.

Furthermore, users may not create, reproduce, distribute, or sell derivative works that replicate, imitate, or are substantially similar to the Content on this site without explicit written permission from AmberTubes. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and the revocation of access to the website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these restrictions and acknowledge that all rights in the Content remain the exclusive property of AmberTubes or its licensors.
